FUTURE VISION

Future Vision

Develop people through education, connect them through employment, and let them thrive in the entertainment and social-media markets. These are the MMH Group’s two mid-term visions.

FUTURE VISION 01 / 2025-2030

Train and place 10,000 workers in Japan over the five years from 2025.

Talent developed in Southeast Asia is connected to Japanese companies and given a stage in live streaming and entertainment. We will drive this cycle of “develop, connect, empower” at ever greater scale.

3year plan
FUTURE VISION 02 / 2026-2029

Develop and train talent to succeed in the social-media market linking the countries of Southeast Asia.

Over the three years from 2026, we will develop and train talent for the social-media market that links the countries of Southeast Asia. That market has already grown to around JPY 5 trillion, while Japan’s remains at roughly one tenth of that and has fallen behind. That is precisely why we intend to build, with our own hands, a new market capable of creating every kind of value Japan has to offer.
