Starting from 12 years at the JTB Group, he has founded businesses while expanding into Taiwan, Singapore, Indonesia, Nepal, Cambodia and Myanmar, building a structure in which “education, employment and entertainment” work together as a single group. His constant theme: remaining a bridge between Southeast Asian talent and Japanese companies.
Beginning in the travel industry, then expanding into Taiwan and Singapore, and on to diversified education, HR and entertainment ventures based in Indonesia, Nepal, Cambodia and Myanmar. One principle has never changed: “take root locally, and develop people locally.”
Develop people through education, connect them through employment, and let them thrive in the entertainment and social-media markets. These are the MMH Group’s two mid-term visions.
Talent developed in Southeast Asia is connected to Japanese companies and given a stage in live streaming and entertainment. We will drive this cycle of “develop, connect, empower” at ever greater scale.
Over the three years from 2026, we will develop and train talent for the social-media market that links the countries of Southeast Asia. That market has already grown to around JPY 5 trillion, while Japan’s remains at roughly one tenth of that and has fallen behind. That is precisely why we intend to build, with our own hands, a new market capable of creating every kind of value Japan has to offer.
