ALEAD SCHOOL is a network of talent training schools connecting Japan and Southeast Asia. Starting from Indonesia, it extends to Vietnam, the Philippines, Nepal, Myanmar and Bangladesh. Directly operated, satellite and partner schools work together to train people locally and send them to Japan, where they thrive as Technical Intern Trainees, Specified Skilled Workers (SSW), Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services visa holders (highly skilled professionals) and international students.

ALEAD SCHOOL classifies its schools into three types by operating model. The standards set by the directly operated schools are extended across the whole network by the satellite and partner schools.
Core schools run directly by ALEAD SCHOOL. They anchor curriculum and quality control and set the standards for the entire network.
Quasi-directly operated locations that share the operating know-how of our directly operated schools, balancing speed of expansion in each country with local adaptation.
Partner schools that work with established local sending organizations and hold the required licenses in each country (LPK, SO, etc.).
Our directly operated school in Makassar, South Sulawesi. Licensed as an LPK (vocational training institution) and SO (sending organization for technical intern trainees), this core school has its own building, classrooms and dormitory, and teaches Japanese language, Japanese moral values and vocational skills.
An overview of each school's licenses, size and track record. Full details, Google Maps and each school's website are available on the official ALEAD SCHOOL site.
Note: Student numbers reflect current enrollment. Locations whose school names are still being finalized will be published in due course.
We welcome inquiries about the ALEAD SCHOOL network, including accepting talent, partnering with local schools, opening new overseas locations, and setting up a dedicated class for your company.
