Hiring isn't the goal — retention and productivity are. At local schools before workers come to Japan, our Japanese instructors run "Sakura Zemi," a pre-employment training program that systematically builds Japanese language skills, the MICHIKO 33 Japanese ethics training, and workplace fundamentals. After arrival, our foreign-worker management system "Omamori Support" watches over them until they settle in.
These aren't just any foreign workers. We develop foreign talent who value a "Japanese sensibility" — people who respect Japanese culture and will build the future together with you. They may not be able to read a newspaper, but their Japanese is good enough for daily life and work, and they work hard every day to send money home to their parents. Because our Japanese instructors train them in Japanese communication, Japanese ethics, and workplace fundamentals before sending them out, they settle in on the job far better.
These are the residence statuses the Global Support Division handles. We propose the best category and training plan for your hiring plan, job type, and employment period.
Workers employed as ready-to-work staff in fields such as nursing care, food & beverage manufacturing, food service, construction, agriculture, and logistics/trucking. This category pairs well with Sakura Zemi's Job-Ready Course.
Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services. We bring in university- and vocationally-educated talent as interpreters, sales staff, engineers, and management candidates.
A new system replacing the Technical Intern Training program. Combining pre-arrival education at local schools with post-employment visibility and care, we support the whole journey from development to retention.
Internship placements in partnership with local universities and schools. We design short- to mid-term programs as a "try-before-you-hire" approach that leads to future hiring.
* Residence status applications are handled by our partner administrative scriveners (gyoseishoshi) and similar professionals. If you use a registered support organization or a supervising organization, we will introduce our partners.
65–100 hours of study with Japanese teachers. Workers systematically learn to understand Japan, Japanese people, and Japanese customs, along with Japanese communication and what life and work in Japan involve.
Our pre-onboarding training gets your workplace ready. Participants learn about the traits of foreign nationals and of the workers, how to communicate with foreign colleagues, and the support required by the Japanese government, along with case studies.
Manners are not formal rules but an expression of the "heart" that respects and cares for the person in front of you. MICHIKO 33, our Japanese ethics training, is a set of 33 principles for developing talent that is trusted and loved by the Japanese people around them and by the local community. Organized into five forms, they are practiced until they become second nature. No one enters Japan without meeting the required standards.

Managing foreign workers?
It's time to do it in-house.
In their native language, they simply tap their mood, sleep, physical condition, and anything they'd like to discuss. They can also do a self-check before roll call.
Repeated drops in mood, lack of sleep, money worries, sudden spikes in overtime, gaps in evaluations. Signs of quitting or disappearing, accidents, and trouble are turned into scores.
It suggests to managers who should do what within 48 hours. Records of interviews and of the 10 mandatory support items are kept automatically.
See drops in mood, the burden of sending money home, and evaluation gaps in numbers.
Spot lack of sleep, fatigue, and sudden spikes in overtime before work or driving shifts.
Records of mandatory support and interviews build up every day, and data for periodic reports can be exported.
All records are your company's data. They carry over even when the person in charge changes.

* The beta supports Indonesian and Japanese. Vietnamese, English, Thai, and other languages will be added progressively.
* Custom development for your company, such as importing internal rules or industry-specific screens, is available for an initial fee of JPY 300,000 (excl. tax) (the monthly fee stays the same).
