Launching the portal for Japanese companies "JPORTAL by M intelligence"

MMHJAPAN Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director & CEO: Masafumi Kamei), through "M intelligence," the Intelligence Business of its Corporate Planning Headquarters, has launched "JPORTAL by M intelligence", a portal that lets Japanese companies find job seekers, consumers, sales pros (livestreamers) and local businesses in Southeast Asia, not from a contact list, but "with identity verification, activity history and track records". Companies can meet the people they find by criteria directly through the online on-the-ground validation service "HONNE OF ASIA" (90 minutes per session). In addition, through a partnership with Muhammadiyah, an Indonesian Islamic organization and educational institution, the company is starting an initiative to attach a "Muhammadiyah Verified" mark to registrants recommended by Muhammadiyah.

Background ― A contact list won't get you to the people you really want to meet

We have run more than 1,000 online meetings between Japanese companies and local people. What became clear is that contact lists and anonymous surveys can't tell you "whether that person will actually act" or "who actually said it." Handling of personal information

• We do not sell participants' personal information. The portal displays only the profile information each person has consented to.
• Contact details are disclosed with the person's consent once an interview is being arranged or a contract has been agreed.
• Consent is obtained separately for each purpose (hiring, product validation, FC recruitment), and contact frequency is limited to prevent excessive outreach.
• Talent search works as advertising (listing fees and system usage fees only), with no fees tied to results or headcount. Screening and hiring decisions are made by the company and the candidate; we run the "Meet & Greet" sessions where they meet.
