MMHJAPAN Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director & CEO: Masafumi Kamei), through the Global Support Division (ALEAD JAPAN) of its Education Business Headquarters, has launched the beta of "Omamori Support", a management system that enables companies employing foreign workers to handle post-arrival retention, safety and immigration compliance in-house. Workers simply check in for 1 minute each morning in their native language, and AI picks up early signs of turnover, absconding, accidents and trouble, then suggests to managers "who, when and what" to act on. The beta requires no login, and every screen can be tried out using fictional demo data (14 people).
Background ― With "outsourced management," workers' true feelings never reach you
Support and management of foreign workers is commonly outsourced to registered support organizations or supervising organizations. But the more organizations stand in between, the more costs pile up (outsourcing fees to registered support organizations are typically JPY 20,000–30,000 per person per month), and the harder it becomes for changes in workers' feelings to reach the company. Even the reasons people quit end up dismissed as "foreign workers are difficult," while the records and know-how stay outside the company.
In April 2027, the Employment for Skill Development system will replace the Technical Intern Training system, making host companies' responsibilities even greater. "Omamori Support" is a foundation that connects companies and workers directly so that companies can handle day-to-day management in-house.
How it works ― Act "before it happens," not "after it happens"
In their native language, workers tap their mood, sleep, physical condition and anything they want to talk about. A self-check before roll call is also available.
It scores signals such as a continuing drop in mood, lack of sleep, requests for advice about money, sudden increases in overtime and gaps in evaluations.
It suggests to managers who should do what within 48 hours, and assigns cases to native-language staff or site managers.
Interview records and records of the 10 mandatory support items build up automatically and can also be used for periodic reports to the immigration authorities.
To give workers reasons to use it every day, we built in 24-hour native-language consultation, guidance on online medical care, Japanese learning, and visualization of pay slips and savings goals. As daily records build up, they become material for AI analysis.
3 screens, connected by one set of data
Worker screen (native language, 1 minute each morning)
Morning check-in, pre-roll-call self-check, 3 daily review quiz questions, 24-hour native-language consultation, guidance on online medical care, visualization of pay slips and "money left after sending money home," and self-evaluation every 3 months.
Manager screen (AI suggests "who, when, what")
"Today's Alerts" shows high risk, medium risk and watch status in traffic-light colors and suggests actions. The Talent Chart brings together 30 days of mood and sleep, aptitude, household finances, interview records and mandatory support records on one screen per person. Gaps between on-site evaluations and workers' self-evaluations are also calculated automatically.
Executive screen (president, regular meetings)
Shows retention rate, number of high-risk workers, interview completion rate and number of accidents on one screen. Supports analysis by location, monthly reports, a host company checklist (16 items, 80 points max) and export of data (CSV) for periodic reports to the immigration authorities.
Pricing (excl. tax)
*All prices exclude tax. Custom development for your company, such as incorporating internal rules or industry-specific screens, requires an initial fee of JPY 300,000 (the monthly fee stays the same). For reference, outsourcing fees to registered support organizations are typically JPY 20,000–30,000 per person per month.
Who it's for and supported languages
It is designed for executives, HR and site managers in every industry that employs foreign workers, including trucking and logistics, nursing care, manufacturing, construction, and food service and hospitality. The beta supports Indonesian + Japanese; with full deployment, Vietnamese, English, Thai and other languages will be added in stages.

Relationship with Sakura Zemi ― Train them before arrival, watch over them after arrival
The Global Support Division runs "Sakura Zemi", a 100-hour comprehensive program at local schools before arrival in Japan, where Japanese instructors teach Japanese language, Japanese ethics and work fundamentals. "Omamori Support" picks up from there, watching over workers until they settle in after arrival. And by combining these with "JPortal", a database of Indonesian talent, and "HONNE OF ASIA", where you can meet local talent via ZOOM, companies can build a system to handle everything consistently in-house, from hiring and pre-entry education to post-arrival management.
